Job Summary
Lead, coach, and motivate team members while delivering a fast, friendly, high-energy guest experience. Drive Unlimited Wash Membership Sales and site performance by training staff on product knowledge, service, safety, and sales expectations. Maintain a clean, safe, and fully operational site, stepping in to lead operations during the Manager's absence and quickly identifying issues for action. Assist with scheduled cleaning tasks including tunnel, vacuum area, and walkway maintenance while ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws. Operate car wash equipment as needed in an outdoor environment across all weather conditions, standing and walking for extended periods with light lifting up to 50 lbs.
