Job Summary
Lead, coach, and motivate team members while delivering a fast, friendly, high-energy guest experience. Train staff on product knowledge, service, safety, and sales expectations, then drive Unlimited Wash Membership Sales to boost site performance. Maintain a clean, safe, and fully operational site by assisting with scheduled cleaning tasks and operating car wash equipment as needed. Step in to lead the site in the Manager's absence, quickly identifying and resolving issues while ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws. Work varied hours in an outdoor environment handling standing, walking, and light lifting up to 50 lbs. Earn $17.00–$20.00/hour plus commission, a $750 sign-on bonus paid after 90 days, and access to medical, dental, vision, 401k, and free weekly car washes.
Required Qualifications
- Leadership experience in retail, car wash, or service industry
- Strong communication and team-building skills
- Comfortable holding team members accountable to performance standards
- Ability to stay organized and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work varied hours/days as business dictates
- Positive attitude with a hands-on leadership style
- Demonstrates ability to improve staff performance through motivation, training, and setting clear expectations
