Job Summary
Lead, coach, and motivate team members while delivering a fast, friendly, high-energy guest experience. Train staff on product knowledge, service, safety, and sales expectations, including driving Unlimited Wash Membership sales and site performance. Maintain a clean, safe, and fully operational site by operating car wash equipment and assisting with scheduled cleaning tasks like tunnel and vacuum operations. Step in to lead the site in the Manager's absence, identify issues quickly, and take immediate action. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and internal audits. Work in all weather conditions with varied hours as business dictates.
Required Qualifications
- Able to work varied hours/days as business dictates
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Stand/walk for extended periods
- Operate car wash equipment as needed
