Job Summary
Lead, coach, and motivate team members while delivering a fast, friendly, high-energy guest experience. Train staff on product knowledge, service, safety, and sales expectations to drive Unlimited Wash Membership Sales and site performance. Maintain a clean, safe, and fully operational site by operating car wash equipment and performing scheduled cleaning tasks in tunnels, vacuum areas, and walkways. Step in to lead the site during the Manager's absence and quickly identify operational issues. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws through internal audits. Work outdoors in all weather conditions, standing and lifting up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced environment. Earn $17.00–$20.00/hour plus commission and a $750 sign-on bonus paid after 90 days of continuous employment.
Required Qualifications
- Leadership experience in retail, car wash, or service industry
- Strong communication and team-building skills
- Comfortable holding team members accountable to performance standards
- Ability to stay organized and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work varied hours/days as business dictates
- Positive attitude with a hands-on leadership style
- Demonstrates ability to improve staff performance through motivation, training, and setting clear expectations
