Job Summary
Lead the site day-to-day by coaching team members, maintaining a clean and safe operational environment, and stepping in as the primary leader during the Manager's absence. Deliver a fast, friendly guest experience while driving Unlimited Wash Membership Sales and site performance. Train staff on product knowledge, service, safety, and sales expectations, and identify issues quickly to take corrective action. Operate car wash equipment and assist with scheduled cleaning tasks such as tunnel operations and vacuuming. Ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal laws and internal audits. This role offers a $750 sign-on bonus paid after 90 days, hourly pay plus commission, and comprehensive health benefits. BLISS builds teams and develops leaders within a high-performance culture.
Required Qualifications
- Leadership experience in retail, car wash, or service industry
- Strong communication and team-building skills
- Comfortable holding team members accountable to performance standards
- Ability to stay organized and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work varied hours/days as business dictates
- Positive attitude with a hands-on leadership style
- Demonstrates ability to improve staff performance through motivation, training, and setting clear expectations
