Job Summary
Lead, coach, and motivate team members to deliver a fast, friendly, high-energy guest experience while maintaining a clean, safe, and fully operational site. Train staff on product knowledge, service, safety, and sales expectations, including driving Unlimited Wash Membership Sales and site performance. Step in to lead the site in the Manager's absence, identify issues quickly, and take action. Assist with scheduled cleaning tasks for the tunnel, vacuum area, and walkways. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws as well as internal audits. Operate car wash equipment as needed in an outdoor environment with exposure to water, noise, and cleaning products. Requires standing, walking, and light lifting up to 50 lbs. Flexible scheduling available with a $750 sign-on bonus paid after 90 days.
Required Qualifications
- Leadership experience in retail, car wash, or service industry
- Strong communication and team-building skills
- Comfortable holding team members accountable to performance standards
- Ability to stay organized and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work varied hours/days as business dictates
- Positive attitude with a hands-on leadership style
- Demonstrates ability to improve staff performance through motivation, training, and setting clear expectations
