Job Summary
Assistant Site Leader role supporting sites that provide community skills development and rehabilitative skills training for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include organizing group day services, community engagement and coaching; planning activities and transportation; ensuring compliance with licensure standards; supporting the Lead Specialist; maintaining records, handling funds for activities, supervising staff, and collaborating with families and external providers. Requires strong knowledge of day programming, prevocational and vocational training, electronic medical records, crisis intervention, and effective communication; education: Bachelor's preferred, HS diploma/GED required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Sciences/Human Services preferred; high school diploma or GED required; experience with people with intellectual or developmental disabilities required
