Job Summary
Oversee daily car wash operations by coordinating with the Site Leader, managing labor and profitability, and ensuring strict adherence to safety procedures and brand standards. Lead the team in the Site Leader's absence, conduct one-on-one coaching, and drive sales through memberships and loyalty programs. Maintain a clean, safe site by addressing mechanical issues immediately and managing chemical inventory while providing excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction. Work minimum 45 hours per week including weekends and holidays, standing for extended periods outdoors in all weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and seasons
- Is willing to work a minimum of 45 hours per week including weekends and holidays
- Be on your feet for extended periods of time
- Physically able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, step to perform job duties
- Ability to carry up to 40 pounds short distances
- Alert and able to maneuver around moving vehicles and equipment
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Related management experience preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
