Job Summary
Deliver virtual engagement and on-site student support for CEA CAPA programs in Seoul, including airport pickups, orientation, cultural excursions, and housing check-ins. Manage program logistics, events, and student housing while mitigating local risks and enforcing safety protocols. Coordinate with US partners, university affiliates, and emergency teams to resolve issues, address mental health needs, and ensure continuous program improvement. Track expenditures, maintain risk management plans, and represent the brand onsite during site visits. Maintain 24-hour email responsiveness and emergency call availability throughout program hours.
Required Qualifications
- Must be legally able to work in South Korea
- Must live in or near Seoul
- Must be available to answer emergency calls when students are in the region
- Must have a positive attitude
- Outgoing, flexible, reliable, honest with an open mind
- Must be willing to undergo background check
- Fluency in Korean and English
- Excellent computer skills
- Functional knowledge of Microsoft Suite
- Functional knowledge of CRM
- Experience working with international students
- Experience working with US university students
- Field of International Education

- Good photography skills
- Comfortable working with tight deadlines in non-traditional office settings
