Job Summary
Greet clients with energy, actively sell using the Lovesac process, and maintain a strong quote pipeline to drive conversion. Own the customer journey end-to-end by uncovering needs, delivering brand tours, and confidently closing sales while guiding the team on standards. Support daily operations including opening/closing, inventory, and visual standards, while traveling to local stores and vendors as required. Work during high-traffic periods including weekends and nights, standing for extended shifts and moving heavy furniture items.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail management or customer service role
- Must regularly work during high-traffic and peak selling periods, including weekends, holidays, and nights
- Must be able to travel, as required by the Company in its sole discretion, to local stores, third-party vendors and for occasional meetings using various forms of transportation
- Demonstrate excellent judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness in managing financial transactions, handling sensitive business and customer data, customer privacy and ensuring the comfort and safety of persons and property
- Effective communication skills and ability to manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational manner
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift
- Must be able to move objects (including medium to large furniture items up to 75 pounds) from a lower to a higher position or horizontally from position-to-position and be able to assemble furniture while working on the selling floor
- This position regularly requires the following actions: bending, twisting, kneeling, reaching, stooping, crawling, and climbing
