Job Summary
Oversee daily salon operations by supervising staff shifts, managing talent development, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Monitor shop inventory, place retail supply orders, and report all time worked for self and others to maintain accurate records. Lead team members to enhance field performance, drive revenue, and achieve daily sales metrics and labor budget goals while resolving customer and staff issues. Train new employees on Booker systems and core values, ensuring blowouts are completed efficiently. Work closely with leadership to cultivate employee relations, safety initiatives, and training programs to support annual business goals.
Required Qualifications

- Ensure that all company procedures and policies, federal, state, and local regulations are followed
- Ensure all Drybar's timekeeping policy and supervisor policy addendum
Desired Qualifications
