Develop the team to ensure every client has an unforgettable experience aligned with Rituals standards. Drive store performance by guaranteeing excellent customer service, effective teamwork, and daily operational efficiency. Train team members to reach their maximum potential and support the Shop Manager in building a trust-based culture rooted in constructive feedback. Assist in attracting, hiring, and retaining diverse, talented staff while ready to take the reins of store management when needed. Collaborate with the Shop Manager to guide the team toward achieving store objectives regarding customer satisfaction and sales. Requires minimum two years of retail experience, proven people management skills, English proficiency, and availability to work shifts.
