Job Summary
Drive store results by ensuring excellent customer service, productive collaboration, and effective routines. Act as the Shop Manager's right hand, ready to step in and assume their responsibilities when needed. Coach, develop, and lead by example to help colleagues reach their full potential while building a culture of trust based on positive feedback. Inspire your team to meet store goals regarding customer satisfaction and sales. This 37.5-hour/week role starts immediately at Gulskogen Senter. Required Qualifications
- Minst 2 års erfaring fra en lignende rolle innen detaljhandel eller kundeservice
- God evne til å coache og utvikle et team
- Evne til å være løsningsorientert og ta ansvar
- Samarbeidsvillig, lydhør og kommunikativ
- God system- og datakunnskap
- Flytende språkkunnskaper i norsk og engelsk
