Job Summary
Drive store performance by ensuring excellent customer service, effective teamwork, and daily operational efficiency. Develop team members to reach their maximum potential while supporting the Shop Manager in building a trust-based culture rooted in positive feedback. Assist in recruiting, hiring, and retaining a diverse, talented retail team, stepping in to cover managerial needs when required. Collaborate with leadership to guide the team toward shared objectives regarding customer satisfaction and sales targets. This 36-hour role in Cartagena requires at least two years of Assistant Store Manager experience in retail, alongside strong leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills.
