Job Summary
Drive store results by ensuring excellent customer service, productive collaboration, and effective routines. Act as the Shop Manager's right hand, ready to take over responsibilities when needed, while coaching colleagues to reach their full potential through development and positive feedback. Build a culture of trust and inspire the team to meet store targets for customer satisfaction and sales. Support continuous learning to advance leadership skills within an engaged, service-oriented team. This role requires a minimum of two years in retail or customer service, strong coaching abilities, and fluency in Norwegian and English. The position offers 30 hours per week with a start date after negotiation.
Required Qualifications
- Minst 2 års erfaring fra en lignende rolle innen detaljhandel eller kundeservice
- God evne til å coache og utvikle et team
- Evne til å være løsningsorientert og ta ansvar
- Samarbeidsvillig, lydhør og kommunikativ
- God system- og datakunnskap
- Flytende språkkunnskaper i norsk og engelsk
