Job Summary
Oversee night shift order filling operations while maintaining See's standards for accuracy and timeliness. Manage receipt, storage, and distribution of raw materials and finished goods, including supervision of vendor contracts and cold storage logistics. Direct warehouse personnel through training, development, and performance management in accordance with the union contract. Plan manpower assignments for shop and special orders, coordinate shipping department activities, and monitor inventory accuracy across locations. Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and safety programs, while tracking shrinkage, quality assurance, and labor budgets. Maintain visible presence in warehouse locations to monitor equipment operations and product handling.
Required Qualifications
- Three to five years of management or supervisory experience in warehouse and distribution operations in a food manufacturing environment
- Excellent management and communication skills
- Experience in automated inventory control systems
- PC proficient in Excel and Word
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in business preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish or Cantonese preferred
