Job Summary
Overnight Assistant Shift Manager responsible for maintaining 5-star luxury standards in Public Area environments across Wynn Resorts properties. Focuses on floor leadership, coaching associates to uphold policies and service standards, managing clock-in/out, daily sign-in documentation, shift scheduling, issuing keys/devices, and pre-shift briefings. Drives completion of special projects and cleaning requests, conducts performance evaluations, ensures safety/compliance, collaborates with management on performance matters, and performs comprehensive area inspections to ensure immaculate presentation and seamless operations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of three years of distinguished experience in luxury resort or high-end hospitality management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and property management systems
- Clear and concise English language proficiency; multilingual capabilities valued
