Job Summary
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, flooring, carpentry, dry wall, and exterior systems while completing assigned work orders within 24-48 hours. Maintain and enhance community value by assisting with the Make Ready process for vacant units, monitoring outside contractor work, and managing inventory controls. Safely operate equipment including power washers, backpack blowers, floor scrubbers, carpet cleaners, and sweepers. Remain on call for after-hours emergencies, report supply needs, and work within established expense limits. Valid driver's license and EPA or HVAC certification required. Background check required.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year of related experience
- Valid Driver's License
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in Multifamily Community maintenance, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and painting preferred
- EPA or HVAC certification
- CPO certification preferred
