Job Summary
Assistant Service Manager in Yarmouth, ME leads the team in the Service Manager's absence, ensures safety and regulatory compliance, delivers VIP customer experiences, drives VIP SAX performance, and supports managerial activities including training, setting expectations, and coordinating with the Service Manager to execute VIP programs and standards. The role emphasizes safety, customer engagement, team leadership, LMS and vendor training, ASE certifications, and efficient operation of the service location to meet VIP service expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Two years related experience in automotive service management
- Completion of two-year college or technical school program recommended
- Current, valid driver’s license issued in state of residence
- Equipment Safety Certification
- ASE Certification C1– Service Consultant required
- ASE Certification P2 – Parts Specialist recommended
- ASE Certification G1 – Maintenance and light repair recommended
- State Inspection License Required (where applicable)
