Assistant Service Manager (Weekends Off!)

Job Summary
Work with customers and technicians to identify required maintenance, advise on necessary services, and offer additional repairs. Compute replacement part and labor costs, enter itemized estimates on service orders, and explain pricing to clients. Schedule appointments while meeting dealership standards for repair and order production. Maintain CSI at or above company standards, keep the work area organized and safe, and record all hours accurately. Participate in required training and comply with federal, state, and local safety rules. This role supports the Service Department Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 6 PM with weekends off.
Required Qualifications

- Time management skills, including a commitment to attendance and punctuality
- Fantastic communication skills
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
- Valid Driver's License; Clean driving record
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
- Service Center Closed Saturdays & Sundays
