Job Summary
Assistant Service Manager role in Tilton, NH supporting the Service Manager to deliver VIP customer experiences and high-performance results. Primary duties include leading the team in the manager’s absence, enforcing safety policies, communicating with customers about vehicle conditions per MPI inspection, driving VIP process adherence, coordinating staffing and training, and ensuring facility and equipment readiness. The position emphasizes teamwork, safety, compliance with regulations, and delivering a superior customer experience through effective management activities, including supervision, communication, and operational execution. Requires automotive service knowledge, people management, formal certifications, and a valid driver’s license. Standard work week is 40 hours over 5 days, with responsibilities spanning management, training, safety, and customer engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Two years related experience in automotive service management
- ASE Certification C1 – Service Consultant required
- Current, valid driver’s license issued in state of residence
- State Inspection License Required (where applicable)
