Job Summary
Assistant Manager at VIP Auto Service in Seabrook, NH leads the service team in the Service Manager's absence, ensures safe operations and compliance with policies, delivers VIP customer experiences, educates customers on vehicle conditions using MPI inspections, monitors SAX scores, coordinates dispatch of work orders to technicians, facilitates training (LMS and vendor), and maintains facility and equipment readiness while upholding ethics and service standards.
Required Qualifications
- Two years related experience in automotive service management
- Current, valid driver’s license issued in state of residence
- Equipment Safety Certification
- ASE Certification C1 – Service Consultant required
- State Inspection License Required (where applicable)
- ASE Certification P2 – Parts Specialist recommended
- ASE Certification G1 – Maintenance and light repair recommended
- Two-year college or technical school program recommended
