Job Summary
Generate service order estimations and quotes for customers, schedule appointments, and maintain an organized calendar. Conduct post-repair follow-ups, explain cost and service time requirements, and educate customers on completed work and adjustments. Perform these duties with limited supervision while multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional customer service skills and consistent follow-up are essential.
