Job Summary
The Assistant Manager in Merrimack, NH supports the Service Manager to deliver VIP customer experiences and high performance; leads the team in the absence of the Service Manager; ensures safety, policy compliance, and efficient service operations, including coordinating training, certifications, and communications, and managing daily store preparation, facility upkeep, and adherence to service standards.
Required Qualifications
- Two years related experience in automotive service management
- Completion of two-year college or technical school program recommended
- Current, valid driver’s license issued in state of residence
- Equipment Safety Certification
- ASE Certification C1 – Service Consultant required
- ASE Certification P2 – Parts Specialist recommended
- ASE Certification G1 – Maintenance and light repair recommended
- State Inspection License Required (where applicable)
