Job Summary
Supervise service and dispatch staff, including service coordinators, and manage and prioritize daily assignments and scheduling of service and maintenance work orders. Act as a liaison between field and office staff, develop work flows, policies, and procedures to improve standard operating procedures (SOPs), and coordinate schedules for Service and Special Project Technicians. Answer phone calls, generate service work orders and purchase orders, and coordinate all inspections and testing. Maintain and update customer information, verify billing information for accuracy, perform UL Compliance verification, create and file monitoring accounts, order service parts, assist with weekly payroll, and coordinate the On-Call rotation. Verify inventory for work order scheduling and perform other duties as assigned.
