Assist Service Manager with all duties, account for documents and compile required reports, ensure shift work is completed before close, work to eliminate carry over jobs, assist customers in servicing and explaining each service, keep customers informed about services performed, and maintain a service customer follow-up system to support repeat and referral business while achieving high CSI. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a service advisor
- High school diploma or higher education
