Job Summary
Lead daily service operations across multiple ultra-luxury brands, mentor service advisors and technicians, and ensure a world-class hospitality experience for every client interaction. Oversee workflow management, scheduling, and operational efficiency within the service department; monitor KPIs, profitability, and service quality; approve expenses including rental vehicles and aftermarket warranty considerations. Collaborate with the Warranty Administrator to review claims, participate in daily service huddles, and contribute to team alignment. Participate in onboarding new hires across advisor, clerical, and valet roles and provide ongoing coaching and development support to staff. Target compensation for a first-time manager ranges from $130,000 to $150,000 with an opportunity to earn a stretch bonus.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of automotive service experience
