Job Summary
Hillwood Properties is hiring an Assistant Service Manager to assist in organizing maintenance programs for a multifamily property. Responsibilities include hands-on maintenance, compliance with safety standards, completing service requests, and maintaining high resident satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, and strong teamwork skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on, on-site maintenance experience in a multifamily residential or commercial property setting
- Demonstrated experience with general maintenance tasks including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting, and appliance repair
- HVAC Certification required
- Basic computer literacy with ability to use work order systems, email, and inventory tracking tools
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus but not required
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Electrical certification preferred
