Assistant Service Manager

Job Summary
Assist the Service Manager in developing strategies to improve sales, handle customer complaints, and supervise Service Technicians. Responsibilities include leading weekly trainings, evaluating field performance with 1:1 feedback, creating development and disciplinary plans, and handling day-to-day duties of the Service Manager. Requires knowledge of service/customer service practices, proficiency with Excel/Microsoft Office, leadership abilities, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a commitment to excellent customer service. Onsite role with potential travel to work sites; base salary with commission/bonus opportunities and employee ownership benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in Service and/or customer service
- Proficiency in Excel and other data management tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong management and leadership skills
- Effective communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
