Job Summary
Make sure guests receive prompt, friendly, courteous service and serve as a liaison between techs, advisors, and guests. Manage and train service advisors and technicians while forecasting budgets, setting goals, and managing payroll within the department. Drive profitability and CSI by meeting internal and manufacturer expectations. This role is based in Rhinelander, WI at Dahl CDJR, where you will continue to grow your career path supporting our mission to keep people moving.
Required Qualifications
- Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record
