Job Summary
Assistant Service Manager / Service Advisor position at Infinity of Greenville. You’ll be the main point of contact for clients, guiding them through repairs and maintenance while helping lead advisors to hit key performance goals. Responsibilities include greeting customers, writing repair orders, explaining costs, obtaining approvals, following up with customers, assisting the Service Manager with daily operations, scheduling, and team development, and hitting sales targets for maintenance packages, upsells, and customer satisfaction. Requires 3+ years in automotive service advising or a similar role, strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and experience with dealership management systems (Reynolds or CDK). Infiniti or luxury brand experience is a plus. This is a full-time role with competitive base pay, bonuses, benefits, and growth opportunities. Location: Greenville, SC (in-person).
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in automotive service advising or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with dealership management systems like Reynolds or CDK
- A positive attitude and natural leadership ability
- Infiniti or luxury brand experience is a plus
