Job Summary
Manage the service department pipeline by coordinating technician schedules, assigning jobs based on skills, and overseeing the full work order lifecycle from opening to invoicing. Support the Service Manager in driving productivity, expense control, and customer experience benchmarks while handling customer inquiries regarding quotes and job status. Ensure accurate work order completion, proper parts review, and timely warranty claim submissions to maximize credit. Monitor Work in Process to maintain efficiency below 5% of total sales and collaborate with transportation and other departments to uphold DOT regulations and internal filing standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge of accounting practices
- Ability to use standard John Deere applications
- Knowledge of office procedures
- Must be able to lift at least 10 lbs
