Job Summary
Assist in managing daily operations of the service department to ensure efficient and quality service delivery. Supervise and support service staff, including technicians and service advisors, while helping coordinate service scheduling and workflow to maximize productivity. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly, and maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations. Support inventory management and parts ordering processes, and assist in training and development of service team members. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall dealership operations. This role is located in Patchogue, NY at Browns Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram Fiat Alfa Romeo.
