Job Summary
The role is to assist the Service Manager by leading the team in a Bennington location, ensuring safety, customer engagement, and adherence to VIP processes and standards. Responsibilities include supervising staff, facilitating training (LMS and vendor), guiding technicians, maintaining facility and equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, coordinating communication and daily operations, and supporting management to deliver high-quality customer experiences and VIP program execution.
Required Qualifications
- Two years related experience in automotive service management
- Completion of two-year college or technical school program recommended
- ASE Certification C1 – Service Consultant required
- State Inspection License Required (where applicable)
- Equipment Safety Certification
- ASE Certification P2 – Parts Specialist recommended
- ASE Certification G1 – Maintenance and light repair recommended
- Current, valid driver’s license issued in state of residence
