Assistant Service Manager (+Acting Service Manager Maternity Leave Cover)

Assist with the day-to-day operations of the centre while mentoring, coaching, and supporting educators. Build strong relationships with families and the local community, and assist in maintaining compliance with the National Quality Framework and service policies and procedures. Drive quality improvement and support service performance by preparing reports and documentation related to service operations. This role involves stepping into the Acting Service Manager position during the Service Manager's maternity leave from November 2026 to September 2027, leading operations with support from the leadership team. The position requires a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and previous leadership experience in an early learning setting.
