Job Summary
Assist the Service Advisor in managing customer inquiries, complaints, and service appointments by greeting clients professionally, listening to concerns, and advising on necessary repairs. Schedule and coordinate service appointments while creating service and work orders, entering vehicle and customer information accurately into appropriate systems. Support Service Technicians by communicating to ensure they have necessary parts, tools, and resources to complete repairs efficiently. Maintain accurate records of service and repairs, manage inventory of parts and supplies, and order new parts as needed. Keep the service desk, waiting area, and service bays clean and organized. Follow company policies and local, state, and federal regulations governing automotive repair. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with service and repairs, addressing any concerns or issues.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in automotive service or RV service
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Valid driver's license
- Professional presence and appearance
- Must be able to stand or sit for extended periods of time
- Must be able to pass pre-employment testing including a background check, MVR, and drug screen

- Familiarity with service software and databases
