Job Summary
Assist service advisors by calling back customers with updates, moving and organizing vehicles within the service area, and assisting with warranty claims. Act as the right hand to the service advisor to improve workflow and customer satisfaction, communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service operations, and perform additional duties to optimize daily workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of automotive service processes is a plus
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Positive attitude and willingness to assist the team wherever needed
