Assistant Service Advisor

Assist in a fast-paced service department as a Service Advisor, helping customers solve issues with their trailer, scheduling service appointments, maintaining accurate customer and service records, and supporting the service manager. Responsibilities include answering department phone calls, coordinating service appointments, filing and following up on warranty claims, communicating with customers about service updates and claim status, and providing administrative support to advisors and technicians. Requires excellent customer service, organization, and a team-focused attitude; mechanical inclination and willingness to learn are acceptable. Prior experience with Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn the proprietary system are preferred. Ability to work in outdoors, office, and shop environments.
