Job Summary
Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless order flow, assist in final dish preparation, and maintain a clean and welcoming environment. Deliver exceptional service to guests while working flexible shifts ranging from 4-8 hours, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Occasionally manage split shifts to accommodate dynamic operational needs. This full-time role offers a base pay of $18/hour plus tips, with benefits including health, dental, vision, 401K, and paid time off. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of the food and beverage or hospitality industry
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for prolonged periods of time as well as lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Great communication and customer service skills
