Job Summary
Assistant Server responsibilities include providing water and bread service, greeting guests, assisting Front Waiter, maintaining table cleanliness, memorizing scripted bread-service presentation, answering guest questions about menu items and ingredients, handling table turnover, and supporting coffee service. Requires six months of fine-dining experience, ability to lift up to 40 pounds, stand/walk for shifts, and strong customer-service and communication skills; ability to obtain/maintain required licenses/certifications; equal-opportunity employer. Location: King of Prussia, PA (US); in-person role.
Required Qualifications
- Six (6) months experience in a fine dining restaurant
- Must be able to lift, maneuver, and carry up to 40 pounds
- Must be able to stand and/or walk for duration of shift
- Must be able to carry and serve beverages using a hand held tray
- Must have excellent customer service and communication skills
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications
