Job Summary
Assist Property Manager to drive occupancy and revenue for FreeUp Storage by delivering excellent customer service, performing routine facility upkeep, and handling routine tenant interactions. Responsibilities include supporting lead-to-move-in conversions, helping maintain occupancy targets and monthly delinquency below 3%, assisting with enrollment in Property Protection and Auto-Pay, promoting the brand through grassroots marketing, maintaining accurate digital records, conducting routine inspections, and performing light maintenance. Strong communication, customer-centric focus, initiative, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/property management systems are needed to support daily operations and ensure an audit-ready facility.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience in a customer facing environment, with day-to-day management responsibilities
- Possess a valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
- The ability to work well and perform duties independently and in a team setting
- Possess a working knowledge of computers and applications such as Microsoft and Outlook
