Job Summary
Oversee security operations for a contract at Springfield Town Center, manage Supervisors and staff, ensure post orders are followed, develop and implement security procedures, coordinate with local authorities (police and fire), and lead training, performance management, and reporting to meet safety, budget, and client requirements. Maintain professional presence, ensure compliance with company policies, and drive continuous improvement in security services and customer interactions.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent
- Associates Degree
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system
- One year (1 yr.) of which must be in the capacity of a management position within the Security Industry
- Valid Driver’s License
- Complete all licensing requirements as mandated by the State
- CPR and First Aid Certification a plus
