Job Summary
Assistant Security Director at Andy Frain Services responsible for managing a security contract and supervising Supervisors and staff. Leads performance, service, and budget for assigned accounts; establishes relationships with local police and fire departments; ensures safety and compliance; develops and implements security procedures; oversees training, payroll, and reporting; and provides high-level client service and leadership to drive security operations across facilities.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent; Associates Degree
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system
- One year (1 yr.) of which must be in the capacity of a management position within the Security Industry
- Valid Driver’s License
- Complete all licensing requirements as mandated by the State
- CPR and First Aid Certification a plus
