Assistant Security Director

Oversee security contract management for Springfield Town Center accounts and supervise Supervisors and staff. Responsible for performance, service, and budget of assigned contracts, maintaining a safe environment for employees, vendors, and personnel. Establish working relationships with local police and fire departments and coordinate with facility management. Develop and enforce security procedures, ensure post orders are followed, complete rounds and reports, and manage training and staffing. Strong leadership with knowledge of life safety systems, CCTV, access control, and compliance with safety policies is required. Responsibilities include payroll coordination, client communications, and ensuring high-quality customer service; role emphasizes staffing, training, and operational excellence in security operations.
