Job Summary
Assistant Security Director at Andy Frain Services leading security operations for Springfield Town Center. Responsible for managing Supervisors and staff for assigned accounts, overseeing performance, service and budget, developing and enforcing security procedures, coordinating with local police and fire departments, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, leading staffing and training initiatives, and delivering quality customer service and reports to clients. Requires leadership, budgeting, risk management, incident reporting, knowledge of life-safety and CCTV systems, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a security operations environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent
- Associates Degree
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system
- One year (1 yr.) of which must be in the capacity of a management position within the Security Industry
- Valid Driver’s License
- Complete all licensing requirements as mandated by the State
- CPR and First Aid Certification a plus
