Job Summary
Assist in managing a Security contract; oversee accountability of Supervisors and staff; manage performance, service and budget for assigned contracts; establish relationships with local police and fire departments; ensure post orders are followed, complete rounds and generate reports; train and develop Security Officers and Shift Lead Officers; coordinate with Operations and client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and to provide quality customer service; develop and implement security procedures, life-safety practices, and compliance with policies, regulations, and laws; maintain knowledge of CCTV, life-safety systems, and access control; oversee payroll-related submissions and staffing plans; ensure licensing and credentials are maintained for staff; uphold professional standards and safety programs across the account.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent
- Associates Degree
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system
- One year (1 yr.) of management experience within the Security Industry
- Valid Driver’s License
- Complete all licensing requirements as mandated by the State
- CPR and First Aid Certification a plus
