Job Summary
Assist in managing a Security contract at Springfield Town Center; provide lead direction at client site(s), enforce security/safety programs, ensure post orders are followed, and oversee staffing, performance, and budgets. Build strong relationships with client staff and local authorities; plan and implement security procedures, conduct training, manage payroll and reporting, develop staffing plans, ensure compliance with life-safety requirements, and maintain professional demeanor. The role requires knowledge of facility layout, CCTV and access control systems, and ability to manage multiple tasks, coordinate with operations, and maintain high standards of customer service; includes coordinating with client representatives and providing quality service and safety leadership.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent; Associates Degree; Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system
- One year (1 yr.) of which must be in the capacity of a management position within the Security Industry
- Valid Driver’s License
- Complete all licensing requirements as mandated by the State
- CPR and First Aid Certification a plus
