Job Summary
Assistant Security Director to manage a security contract at Springfield Town Center. Oversees Supervisors and staff, responsible for performance, service and budget of assigned contracts, and for maintaining safe environment. Establishes relationships with local police and fire departments, facility staff, and other stakeholders; ensures compliance with safety policies and emergency procedures; leads in developing security procedures, staffing plans, training programs, and post orders; monitors reporting, payroll, and account performance; ensures regulatory and client requirements are met; drives client satisfaction and operational excellence in security operations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Associates Degree or higher
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access control
- One year of management experience in Security Industry
- Valid Driver’s License
- Background investigation clearance (condition of employment)
- CPR and First Aid certification a plus
