Job Summary
Assistant Security Director at Springfield Town Center to manage a Security contract, oversee Supervisors and staff, and be responsible for performance, service and budget of assigned contracts. Establish relationships with local police and fire departments, ensure safety and compliance, and lead security procedures, training, and reporting. Provide lead direction at client sites, enforce post orders, supervise security operations, and coordinate with operations management to maintain security coverage and quality service. Requires strong leadership, planning, and communication skills, with experience in life safety, CCTV, and security program development.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent; Associates Degree.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system.
- One year (1 yr.) of which must be in the capacity of a management position within the Security Industry.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Complete licensing requirements as mandated by the State.
- CPR and First Aid Certification a plus.
