Job Summary
JOB SUMMARY: Springfield Town Center | $59,000. Andy Frain Services seeks a highly motivated Assistant Security Director to assist in managing a Security contract, overseeing Supervisors and staff, and ensuring performance, service, and budget objectives are met. The role involves establishing relationships with local police and fire departments, facility stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to safety and security policies. Responsibilities include leading at client site(s), enforcing security programs, ensuring post orders and rounds are followed, filing comprehensive reports, developing security procedures compliant with laws, maintaining knowledge of emergency policies, and coordinating with management and clients to deliver high-quality security services. The position requires strong leadership, ability to train staff, manage payroll and reporting, and continuously improve security operations, safety, and customer service across assigned accounts.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent; Associates Degree; Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system
- One year (1 yr.) of which must be in the capacity of a management position within the Security Industry
- Valid Driver’s License
- Complete all licensing requirements as mandated by the State
- CPR and First Aid Certification a plus
